Strategic Plan 2026-2029
The Williamson College of the Trades Strategic Plan 2026-2029 provides the strategic guidance for the college to accomplish its mission. The development of strategic goals and objectives for Williamson remains a combined effort – the students, staff, faculty, Alumni, Board, and larger community – supporting a common plan to ensure a unified movement forward.
This strategic plan is the road map that will guide our faithful stewardship of the gift that is Williamson College of the Trades for the next five years, but the success of any plan is only as good as its execution. All stakeholders must understand, accept, and take ownership of this plan and provide assessment and feedback to modify and improve it as we move forward. The implementation of this strategic plan is critical to the future success of Williamson. Working as one unified team, communicating with each other, and remaining aligned with the mission, vision, and values of Williamson will ensure that the goals of this strategic plan are achieved.
