Freshman Class of 1W7 Arrives

The 98 members of the Class of 1W7 arrived on Aug. 23 to begin their 4-day orientation before fall semester begins on Aug. 27.

The rain started coming down just as the new students began to move into their rooms so, in addition to carrying belongings, some also toted umbrellas.

Assisting with the move-in were upperclassmen and members of the Alumni Association: Stacy Starr 6W8, Ed Hatchigian 6W0, Matt Lutek 8W9, Marty Jeffers 7W6, and John Rex 7W5.

Orientation is designed to ensure the students have an easy transition into the “Williamson lifestyle.”
