Reporting to the Vice President for Institutional Advancement, this position is responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of the capital campaign; providing staff support to the Campaign Cabinet, drafting correspondence, producing reports, data entry, arranging meetings for the cultivation and solicitation of gifts; and prospect research.

- Produces individual gift proposals, donor prospect research.
- Manages event logistics. This will involve execution of fundraising strategies, such as facilitating donor visits and tours of the campus, as well as one on one visits with the Trustees or campaign leadership.
- Designs and evaluates the campaign for all divisions to: increase participation, attract new donors, retain and upgrade current donors, and produce increased net return.
- Provides executive staff support to all campaign volunteers, including organizing meetings, taking minutes, drafting correspondence.
- Manages the Trustee website for the Campaign. Updates information and suggest improvements.
- Works with the Design and Communications staff in the Advancement Office to develop the best material for use in the Capital Campaign.
- Coordinates outside vendors for the production of campaign related items.
- Participates in prospect identification with the staff involved with annual and major giving, to identify the campaign potential of current donors.
- Coordinates prospect identification with the Trustees and Campaign volunteers to identify new prospects for Williamson.
- Maintains Leadership gifts prospect list for Vice President, to include research, identified strategies, and next moves.
- Produces monthly metrics reports for the Advancement Office.
- Assist gift officers in the formulation of prospect proposals and research.
- Assist with the Wannamaker Society, the planned giving membership group. Plan for individual recognition of each new member, ensure that documentation is loaded into the Raisers Edge data base, and produce reports on the value of legacy gifts.
- Generates reports on the progress of the Campaign, including charts, graphs, and spread sheets.
- Drafts letters, articles, other communication pieces for the Vice President and others concerning Williamson College of the Trades, and the Capital Campaign.
- Maintains current knowledge of best practices.

- Excellent organizational skills, with a command of detail
- Superior writing and communication skills
- A sound grasp of fundraising principles
