Rounds, who retired from the Army as a lieutenant colonel, explained how he decided to attend West Point as a student mainly to play Division I football, but came to love the Army and decided to stay for a 25-year career. His military career included deployments as a platoon leader with the Army’s Corps of Engineers in Korea, Germany when the wall was taken down, Afghanistan, Iraq, and as deputy commander of the U.S. Military Preparatory School.
He explained that his two favorite aspects of the military were the pride one feels in what he does and the people you work with who are devoted to duty for others over self.
After talking about his military service, he talked about Williamson College of the Trades in detail and explained how he was attracted to come to the school as its president.[/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
