Williamson College of the Trades has formed a new partnership with Leaderly AI, a mobile application designed to grow leadership habits through continuous learning and engagement. The utilization of Leaderly AI provides Williamson students, faculty, staff, alumni, and trustees with a continuous learning and engagement experience that grows both self-curiosity and Williamson connection.
The Leaderly AI platform was developed by experts in education, the military, behavioral sciences, business and the human performance fields of psychology and leadership development, and uses a special blend of behavioral sciences, personalization, and machine learning to help anyone increase their leadership skills on a regular and reinforcing basis.
Through Leaderly, students, alumni, and other members of the Williamson community will gain access to real-time feedback, customized learning pathways, and scenario-based training tailored to individual growth areas. The platform complements Williamson’s hands-on, values-based education by reinforcing critical soft skills such as teamwork, problem-solving, and effective communication.
